Officers from the Adelaide office of the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) will visit Whyalla next Thursday (April 16).
The visit is part of DIAC’s regional visit program, where departmental officers bring services normally only available in Adelaide to regional towns and cities.
People from the Whyalla area with immigration or citizenship matters they wish to discuss are urged to take advantage of the visit.
Appointments between 9am and 4pm can be made by telephoning 08 8237 6708.
Officers will also be able to conduct citizenship testing, by appointment, while in Whyalla.
Applications for visas and Australian citizenship can also be made with staff on-site.
The Whyalla event will be based at the Whyalla Economic Development Board, 127 Nicholson Avenue, Whyalla.
